Problem Description:
USER: Hi boss. Good day. Need your help. I would like to report H4WIN for scam me SGD 31, 169.38 but max payout was 20k. It happened on 18 Oct 10.39am i submitted withdraw max 20k! As in trust i didn’t keep asking them about withdrawal matter at about 7pm+ then i go check they reply me at 240pm say LFC say my gaming not verified so they rejected! That moment all credit still at there. I text them at live chat ask n They just keep on replying n push to LFC provider say my gaming check did not pass or verify so cannot withdraw. I tell them in between i played live22 win a few thousand n my deposit money why cant pay me out also! They keep replying same thing that push to LFC say my gaming was not verified! I also keep asking them how about winning on live22 n my deposit money explain to me! As I didn’t break any rule n also did not claim any bonus! N They didn’t explain or answer my questions on live22 winning n my deposit money only reply same thing say is LFC! After awhile more they forfeit all my credit n blocked me. Pls kindly help boss.

Problem Description:
MEMBER INFO: Deposit 30 it was their system which they have display a QR code for a deposit which lead my bank in not fast i event have email deducted in my personal savings account and another email stated that they will received my transfer funds into their account that day live chat keep saying never received in first place they display that qr code that leads to delay received for them and claim that they didn't receive at all I even clearly chat specific details they will receive my deposit on a 3rd day so I give up and Give my self a 3days I msg that company again they responded that they never received at all I was disappointed.

Problem Description:
CPX88 said that the user was found to have duplicate accounts, so the withdrawal request was rejected. Please be careful when making transactions and make sure it doesn't happen again.

It seems that the mistake here is from both parties where the Admin directly forfeited the win without reconfirming and discussing, and the error of the user who used a different name, Here the user must be more alert and ensure the correct Rules to avoid losses that will occur. And the indication that CGSG gave as SUSPICIOUS status is the result of the suspicion that the company does not seem to want to give the user a chance.
